Privacy Policy
In short: the app collects no personal data, shows no ads and does not track you. Your photos and videos never leave your device. The details follow.
What stays on your device
Your photos and videos. When you turn your own video into a Live Photo, all of it happens on the iPhone itself. The file is sent nowhere — not to us, not to anyone.
Saved wallpapers. The app asks for add-only access to Photos. It cannot read your library; that capability is not built into it.
Settings and creator code. Stored locally and deleted together with the app.
What goes to the server
Only when you tap to generate a wallpaper from a description:

The finished image comes back to the device. We keep neither the descriptions nor the generated images longer than the request needs.
Usage counters
To see which parts of the app people actually use, the app records a few steps on our own server: app opened, a catalogue wallpaper opened, a wallpaper or Live Photo saved, the generate button tapped, the Pro screen shown, a subscription bought. Each record holds the same random install number, the step name, the wallpaper style or source, the app version and the time.
It never holds your description text, your photos, your name or your Apple ID. There is no third-party analytics SDK; the records go only to our database and are used only to improve the app. They are deleted after 12 months.
What we do not do
- No ads, and no data passed to ad networks
- No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
- No tracking across apps and websites — the tracking permission is never requested at all
- No selling of data, and no sharing beyond the service providers listed below
- No collection of name, email, phone number, location or contacts
Who else is involved
- OpenAI — generating the image from your description (OpenAI policies)
- Supabase — backend and wallpaper catalogue storage
- Apple — app delivery
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights and deleting data
Everything stored on the device is removed when you delete the app. We hold no server records tied to your identity, so there is nothing to delete there. If you still have questions about data, write to support@upmedia.group.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears at this same address and the date at the top of the page changes with it.
